Desde la Unidad de Negocios de Newsan Food, llevamos adelante la búsqueda de una persona para ocupar el rol de un Analista Ssr. de Comercio Exterior, con base en nuestra oficina ubicada en Saavedra (CABA).

Quien ocupe este rol será responsable por el control de cobranzas, informes, seguimiento de facturación, seguimiento de habilitaciones de establecimientos productores, confección de recibos de liquidaciones de divisas ,confección de ordenes de compra de proveedores locales ,pago de veps de derechos y ganancias servicios extraordinarios.

Tus principales desafíos y responsabilidades serán:

  • Preparar y controlar reportes de facturación y cobranzas de diferentes compañías.
  • Preparar y controlar reporte de cobros diarios de las diferentes compañías.
  • Control y seguimiento de los reintegros aduaneros.
  • Analizar las cartas de créditos, cobranzas y verificar que los documentos se encuentren acorde con el medio de pago.
  • Realizar control y cierres de permisos en BCRA y AFIP.
  • Declaración de COFACE y solicitud de límites de crédito.
  • Renovación de habilitaciones varias aduaneras.
  • Control facturas varias.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos en aquella persona que se sume al equipo de trabajo?:

  • Estudiantes avanzado o graduados de Lic. en Comercio Internacional. (Deseable)
  • Experiencia previa en Administración de Comercio Exterior o conocimiento técnico en el área. (Excluyente)
  • Conocimiento en Oracle / Fusion. (Deseable)
  • Manejo intermedio de Excel.
  • Nivel de ingles intermedio. (Deseable)
