Desde Grupo Newsan llevamos adelante la búsqueda de una persona para ocupar el rol de Analista Sr. de Compras, para trabajar dentro de nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Saavedra - CABA y Munro - Prov. de Bs As.

Tu objetivo principal será gestionar y optimizar las categorías de compra asignadas, asegurando abastecimiento continuo, costos competitivos, calidad, cumplimiento contractual y desarrollo de proveedores estratégicos.

Tus principales desafíos y responsabilidades serán:

  • Liderar los procesos de compras de las categorías asignadas, desde la identificación de necesidades hasta la negociación y adjudicación a proveedores.
  • Negociar precios, condiciones comerciales, contratos y acuerdos de suministro con proveedores nacionales e internacionales.
  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de abastecimiento que permitan mejorar la competitividad, optimizar costos y reducir riesgos.
  • Identificar riesgos en la cadena de suministro desarrollando fuentes alternativas y planes de contingencia.
  • Identificar, evaluar, desarrollar y gestionar proveedores estratégicos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, costo y servicio.
  • Identificar oportunidades de ahorro mediante negociaciones, análisis de costos, alternativas de suministro y proyectos de productividad.
  • Trabajo trasversal con áreas de Planificación, Producción, Ingeniería, Producto, Logística y Calidad.
  • Monitorear la evolución de precios, materias primas, tipos de cambio y tendencias del mercado para anticipar oportunidades y riesgos.
  • Participar en iniciativas de desarrollo de proveedores, homologación de materiales y productos.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de KPIs de compras.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de estandarización, digitalización y eficiencia en los procesos de compras.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos en aquella persona que se sume al equipo de trabajo?

  • Estudiantes avanzados/as o graduados/as de ngeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional o carreras afínes. (Excluyente)
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en Compras. (Excluyente)
  • Experiencia comprobable en negociación comercial y gestión de proveedores.
  • Manejo de Excel avanzado.
  • Experiencia en empresas industriales y manufactureras. (Deseable)
  • Manejo de ERP (Oracle o similares).
  • Ingles avanzado (lo usarás para negociaciones con proveedores internacionales).
  • Conocimientos de análisis de costos, gestión contractual y evaluación de proveedores.
  • Buen nivel de habilidades interpersonales y capacidad de influencia.
