Desde la Unidad de Negocios de Electrónica de consumo y electrodomésticos que lidera las marcas NOBLEX, PHILCO, ATMA y SIAM, llevamos adelante la búsqueda de una persona para ocupar el rol de Analista SR de producto

En este rol, serás el nexo fundamental entre los datos analíticos y la toma de decisiones estratégicas del equipo de Producto como asi también un puente clave entre la estrategia comercial, marketing y las operaciones. Tu objetivo principal será ayudar a identificar y oportunidades de crecimiento y mejora en el diseño de portafolio de productos y marcas, optimizar procesos existentes, evaluar la viabilidad financiera de nuevas iniciativas y transformar datos operativos y de mercado en decisiones ejecutivas de alto impacto.

Tus principales desafíos y responsabilidades serán:

  • Análisis estratégico y financiero: Evaluar el rendimiento del negocio, construir modelos financieros (P&L, unit economics, ROI, Payback) y realizar análisis de sensibilidad para respaldar decisiones de inversión o expansión.
  • Optimización y reingeniería de procesos: Analizar y gestionar sobre los flujos de trabajo e hitos operativos actuales, identificar ineficiencias o cuellos de botella y proponer mejoras que optimicen costos y tiempos de ejecución.
  • Toma de requerimientos e interlocución técnica: Colaborar con los líderes de área para entender las necesidades del negocio, traducirlas en requerimientos funcionales y trabajar junto a los equipos de tecnología o BI para implementar soluciones.
  • Monitoreo de KPIs de negocio: Definir, auditar y dar seguimiento a los indicadores clave de rendimiento corporativos, desarrollando tableros e informes estratégicos para la alta dirección.
  • Análisis de mercado y competencia: Realizar benchmarking, investigaciones de mercado y análisis de tendencias de la industria para anticipar riesgos y detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Gestión de proyectos (Project Management): Liderar o acompañar iniciativas transversales (cross-functional), asegurando el cumplimiento de tiempos, alcance y presupuesto previstos.
  • Modelado y visualización de datos: Diseñar y mantener tableros de control (dashboards) dinámicos e interactivos para el equipo de producto y stakeholders ejecutivos.
  • Colaboración estratégica dentro del equipo de producto/negocio y áreas de soporte (Oficina en China, Ingenieria, Calidad, Marketing, Comex, Ventas y Experiencia al Cliente) para identificar oportunidades de mejora, cuellos de botella y en especial contribuir en la gestión de ellos.

¿Qué buscamos en aquella persona que se sume al equipo de trabajo?:

  • Formación académica: Licenciatura o Grado en Administración de Empresas, Marketing/Comercialización, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o Finanzas.
  • Experiencia laboral: 5+ años de experiencia en roles de análisis de negocio, consultoría estratégica, Business Intelligence o planeamiento financiero, preferentemente en entornos corporativos o de tecnología de alto crecimiento.
  • Modelado de datos y financiero: Dominio avanzado de Excel / Google Sheets para modelado financiero avanzado y estructuración de escenarios.
  • Visualización de datos (BI): Experiencia en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de tableros de control en herramientas como Power BI. (Deseable)
  • Experiencia previa en gestión de productos/negocio B2C o B2B de escala global.
  • Idioma: Ingles (Nivel First Certificate o simil) – escrito/habla
