Desde la Unidad de Negocios de Electrónica de consumo y electrodomésticos que lidera las marcas NOBLEX, PHILCO, ATMA y SIAM, llevamos adelante la búsqueda de una persona para ocupar el rol de Analista SR de E-Commerce

En este rol tu objetivo sera, gestionar la operación de la plataforma de eCommerce de Tienda LG (propia, mercadolibre y MarketPlaces) en todos los aspectos. Brindar a LG y a sus proveedores todo el soporte necesario para lograr captar la atención de los consumidores desde el inicio del Customer Journey, atravesando todo el funnel de conversión, brindando una experiencia de compra sobresaliente, hasta lograr la venta y su fidelización como cliente.

Tus principales desafíos y responsabilidades serán:

  • Monitorear y activar la asignación de stock en las diferentes tiendas de acuerdo a la planificación Comercial definida.
  • Gestionar la configuración de precios y promociones (incluyendo la administración del módulo de medios de pagos y promociones).
  • Monitorear las acciones que se realizan en el mercado y proponerlas al equipo comercial y marketing.
  • Analizar y proponer continuamente acciones para potenciar la venta en los diferentes canales interactuando con las diferentes áreas de la compañía, mercadolibre y clientes (bancos, empresas B2B, etc)
  • Brindar soporte a las áreas cuando estas lo requieran (posventa, ventas, marketing)
  • Realizar la proyección de ventas de todo el portfolio de LG, una vez aprobado realizar el seguimiento y actualización correspondiente abasteciendo las diferentes tiendas para evitar quiebres.
  • Colaborar con LG, las áreas internas y sus proveedores en el proceso de catalogación, activación de Productos, Banners, Promociones, configuraciones etc.
  • Analítica: desarrollar tableros y reportes que permitan medir de manera eficiente el desempeño del canal e identificar insights para incrementar la facturación.
  • Elaboración de informes con las principales métricas de Ecommerce.
  • Monitorear y Realizar testing del sitio para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento. Reportar errores en caso de que los hubiese.
  • Preparar el material necesario para la reunión / presentación semanal de Performance con el equipo de LG.

¿Qué buscamos en aquella persona que se sume al equipo de trabajo?:

  • Formación académica: Licenciatura o Grado en Administración de Empresas, Marketing/Comercialización, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o Finanzas.
  • Experiencia laboral: 3+ años de experiencia en roles de e-commerce o similares
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel
  • Manejo de Plataformas digitales (Magento, vtex, etc)
