Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Asesor/a Comercial de Tecnología de Consumo, con marcado perfil comercial y pasión por el mundo tecnológico, para sumarse a nuestro equipo y potenciar la experiencia de nuestros clientes.

Tu objetivo principal será cumplir con el presupuesto de ventas de la sucursal en todas las líneas de productos, garantizando una experiencia de compra memorable a nuestros clientes y velando por los estándares de calidad de los procesos de la compañía.

Principales Desafíos y Responsabilidades

  • Atención y Asesoramiento Comercial: Ser el primer contacto con el cliente en la sucursal. Brindar orientación y soporte técnico/comercial sobre nuestra cartera de productos.
  • Experiencia de Cliente: Resolver dudas e inquietudes de forma eficiente, incluso para compras realizadas en otras sucursales o a través de nuestra tienda E-commerce.
  • Gestión del Punto de Venta (PDV): Asegurar que los equipos y accesorios estén exhibidos correctamente según el Modelo de Atención.
  • Postventa y Cambios: Gestionar devoluciones, cambios y reposiciones de productos con fallas, verificando las condiciones del equipo y la documentación correspondiente.
  • Soporte Operativo y Agilidad: Apoyar la carga de datos de facturación y generación de pedidos desde dispositivos móviles durante picos de atención para agilizar los tiempos en caja.
  • Mantenimiento del Salón: Velar por el orden, la limpieza y la presentación del punto de venta, así como por el cuidado de los activos de la compañía.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Educación: Secundario Completo (Excluyente).
  • Experiencia: Entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia previa en ventas de salón, retail o atención al cliente.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Interés y sólidos conocimientos en tecnología y telefonía celular.
  • Herramientas Informáticas: Manejo de Paquete Office y agilidad en el uso de sistemas de facturación / Puntos de Venta.
  • Competencias clave: Fuerte orientación a resultados. Capacidad de gestión 360° y proactividad. Empatía y agilidad en la atención. Vocación de aprendizaje continuo sobre nuevos productos tecnológicos.
