🔎 En Pulpak nos encontramos en la busqueda de un Ejecutivo Comercial SR.

Tu objetivo sera, ampliar de manera estratégica la cartera de clientes de la compañía mediante la apertura de mercados y verticales industriales donde actualmente no contamos con presencia activa, impulsando el crecimiento y la utilización de la capacidad productiva de nuestra planta.

Tus principales desafíos y responsabilidades serán:

  • Prospección y Apertura: Identificar oportunidades comerciales en sectores industriales estratégicos, gestionando el ciclo completo de venta desde el contacto inicial (kick-off) hasta la firma del acuerdo comercial.
  • Venta Consultiva y Diseño de Soluciones: Relevar los desafíos y restricciones técnicas del cliente en materia de empaque, articulando con nuestro equipo técnico interno para proponer y estructurar soluciones de diseño a medida.
  • Homologación y Gestión de Ensayos: Liderar el proceso de pruebas técnicas, envío de muestras y validación de calidad ante áreas de Ingeniería, Calidad y Compras del cliente, garantizando la viabilidad técnica y regulatoria del producto antes de transferir la cuenta a operación regular.
  • Propuesta de Valor Sustentable: Defender y posicionar técnicamente nuestro valor diferencial (pulpa moldeada / fibra moldeada) frente a los materiales plásticos convencionales (como el EPS), manteniendo un discurso de sustentabilidad riguroso y libre de greenwashing.

¿Qué buscamos en aquella persona que se sume al equipo de trabajo?:

  • Experiencia Comercial B2B: Trayectoria sólida y comprobable en roles comerciales de captación de clientes (Hunter) dentro del sector industrial, manufacturero o de packaging.
  • Venta Técnica / Consultiva: Experiencia gestionando ciclos de venta largos, con capacidad de dialogar y negociar con perfiles técnicos (Ingenieros de planta, Gerentes de Calidad y Directores de Compras).
  • Flexibilidad y Adaptabilidad: Soltura para gestionar de manera simultánea negociaciones con diferentes industrias que poseen normativas y ritmos de compra muy distintos.
  • Orientación a Resultados y Autonomía: Alta capacidad de autogestión para estructurar su propio pipeline de ventas y cumplir los objetivos comerciales con mínima supervisión de detalle.
