Buscamos un/a profesional con sólida trayectoria en gestión industrial para asumir la posición de Jefe Sr. / Gerente Jr. de Planta. El objetivo principal del rol será liderar integralmente el proyecto de puesta en marcha, el diseño operativo y la posterior dirección de una planta dedicada al procesamiento de productos acuícolas de alta calidad (centolla, centollón y mejillones). Buscamos una persona que tome la iniciativa desde la fase inicial de todas obras y, posteriormente, del proceso productivo completo, asumiendo un rol protagónico en todas las etapas.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Gestión de Proyecto y Puesta en Marcha: Participar activamente en la etapa inicial de armado de la planta, interviniendo en la definición del layout, la gestión de compras técnicas y la supervisión del proyecto de obra, garantizando el cumplimiento de los plazos de ejecución.
  • Coordinación General de Operaciones: Coordinar y supervisar de manera integral las áreas estratégicas de la planta una vez operativa: Producción, Calidad, Seguridad e Higiene, Abastecimiento y Mantenimiento.
  • Planificación y Control de la Producción: Organizar y optimizar el proceso productivo continuo (enfocado en etapas de cocción y enfriado), asegurando la eficiencia.
  • Capacitación: Realizar un viaje de capacitación (1 semana en planta modelo fuera del país) con el fin de relevar procesos, estandarizar buenas prácticas y asegurar la réplica de los niveles de eficiencia globales de la compañía.
  • Estructuración y Desarrollo de Equipos: Planificar el crecimiento del organigrama de la planta en el mediano plazo, liderando las posteriores incorporaciones.
  • Gestión de Mantenimiento: Asegurar la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y correcto funcionamiento de los activos e instalaciones fabriles mediante políticas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia comprobable en posiciones de liderazgo operativo y gestión integral de plantas industriales o fabriles. Se valorará especialmente a aquellos candidatos con experiencia en el área de Mantenimiento Técnico o Ingeniería de Planta.
  • Perfil técnico, con sólidos conocimientos mecánicos, electromecánicos y de procesos industriales. Fuerte orientación al trabajo de campo.
  • Capacidad demostrada para conducir equipos operativos, gestionar el cambio y liderar proyectos de infraestructura con un alto nivel de autonomía y orientación a resultados.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en normativas de Calidad, Seguridad e Higiene ocupacional, y gestión de la cadena de suministro.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar un viaje de capacitación al exterior del país durante las primeras semanas de ingreso al puesto.
  • Preferentemente residentes de las localidades de Ushuaia o Río Grande.
