En la Unidad de Negocios de Movilidad Urbana nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Key Account Manager de Motos para sumarse al equipo comercial.

El objetivo principal de la posición será liderar la estrategia de ventas del negocio de motos para las marcas Siam y Liffan, impulsando tanto la fidelización de clientes actuales como la expansión de la red comercial.

Principales desafíos y responsabilidades:

  • Liderar la gestión de cuentas estratégicas, fortaleciendo el vínculo comercial y garantizando la satisfacción y crecimiento de los clientes clave.
  • Desarrollar nuevas cuentas y oportunidades de negocio, identificando clientes potenciales para ampliar la cobertura de mercado.
  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas, administrando listas de precios, negociación de condiciones comerciales, pedidos, bonificaciones y esquemas de crédito.
  • Administrar el flujo de venta en sistema, realizando el seguimiento de saldos de cuenta, límites de crédito, pagos y aspectos impositivos asociados.
  • Colaborar en acciones de Marketing y TRADE, impulsando iniciativas de promoción, eventos y activaciones en los puntos de venta.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia laboral: Mínimo 3 años en posiciones comerciales de gestión de cuentas (KAM, Ejecutivo de Cuentas Senior o similar).
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Manejo intermedio/avanzado de Excel para el análisis de datos y seguimiento de gestión.
  • Especialización comercial: Sólido dominio de variables financieras e impositivas aplicadas a la venta (impacto impositivo, márgenes, métodos de pago, descuentos y bonificaciones).
  • Competencias clave: Proactividad, visión de negocio, capacidad de negociación y excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal.
