Pasante de Back Office

Estamos buscando un pasante de Back Office para el área comercial.

Tus principales desafíos y responsabilidades serán:

  • Recepción y revisión de Órdenes de Compra (OC) remitidas por los clientes.
  • Carga y gestión integral de pedidos en el sistema de gestión de la empresa.
  • Soporte al equipo de ventas en la elaboración de cotizaciones, preparación de documentación comercial y seguimiento de oportunidades.
  • Seguimiento de entregas y coordinación logística con el área de Operaciones.
  • Control y seguimiento de stock disponible, articulando directamente con las áreas de Producto, Logística y Depósito.
  • Gestión y actualización de bases de datos de clientes y productos (altas y mantenimiento de información.
  • Atención y resolución de consultas de clientes internos y externos.
  • Elaboración y actualización de reportes comerciales.
  • Seguimiento de cuentas clave y clientes inactivos para identificar nuevas oportunidades comerciales.
  • Control y mantenimiento actualizado de listas de precios y condiciones comerciales en sistema.
  • Colaboración en la planificación de acciones promocionales, lanzamientos y análisis de performance de productos.

¿A quién buscamos?

  • Estudiante universitario (entre 12 y 18 meses para graduarse) de carreras como Administración, Economía, Negocios Digitales, Contador, Comercialización, Marketing, Ingeniería, Sistemas, o afínes.
  • Part - time (20hs semanales)
  • Personas proactivas, curiosas y con muchas ganas de aprender.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas (Excel / Paquete Office) y/o herramientas digitales.
  • Conocimientos en IA para la automatización de procesos (deseable).
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, adaptarse a entornos dinámicos y comunicarse con claridad.
  • Áreas: Comercial, Logística, Producto, Marketing, Finanzas, Nuevos Negocios, Control de Gestión, Finanzas y más.
