Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt bei der Analyse und Behebung von Netzwerkstörungen und kümmerst dich um die Einrichtung und Konfiguration von IT-Komponenten wie Firewalls, Bussystemen und Plug-ins.
  • Als technische Schnittstelle wirkst du bei der Auswahl geeigneter NSP-Komponenten mit und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei IT-technischen Fragestellungen.
  • Zu deinem abwechslungsreichen Aufgabenbereich gehören die Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung, Windows Versionsmanagement, Systemanbindungen, die Erstellung von Kundenimages sowie Themen rund um Datenschutz und OSS-Lizenzmanagement.
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Betrieb unserer IT-Systeme, überwachst die Verfügbarkeit wichtiger Komponenten und unterstützt bei der laufenden Produktpflege.
  • Deine Ideen sind gefragt! In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion und Lieferanten bringst du dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Produkte und Prozesse ein.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Koordination von IT-Projekten sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss – auch motivierte Berufseinsteiger sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.
  • Du begeisterst dich für IT, Netzwerktechnik, IT-Administration und elektronische Systeme und möchtest dein Wissen weiter ausbauen.
  • Interesse an der Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Produkten bringst du ebenfalls mit.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
