Als Aangiftemedewerker fungeer je als de brug tussen onze klanten en het adviesteam, waarbij je niet alleen fiscale aangiften verzorgt, maar ook actief op zoek gaat naar advieskansen. Je bent de spil die aanslagen controleert, bezwaarschriften schrijft en contact onderhoudt met de Belastingdienst. Een dynamische rol waarin je klanten begeleidt naar een fiscaal en financieel gezonde toekomst.

Jouw rol

Als Aangiftemedewerker bij Newtone ben je niet alleen bezig met het voorbereiden van fiscale aangiften, maar heb je ook direct contact met de klant. Of het nu gaat om inkomsten- of vennootschapsbelasting, jij zorgt voor een vlekkeloze afhandeling. De aangifte is vaak het sluitstuk van een advies, maar andersom kun je ook advieskansen halen uit de aangifte. Zo ben je ook de schakel tussen klanten en ons adviesteam. Door nauw samen te werken met de adviespraktijk, ontdek je nieuwe kansen en mogelijkheden. Je controleert niet alleen aanslagen, maar schrijft ook bezwaarschriften en houdt je bezig met dossiervorming. In deze rol heb je veel contact met de Belastingdienst.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je stelt aangiften inkomstenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting op met de daarbij behorende werkzaamheden
  • Je controleert aanslagen en past deze indien nodig aan
  • Je reageert op vragenbrieven vanuit de Belastingdienst en maakt waar nodig bezwaar tegen aanslagen
  • Je onderhoudt (zelfstandig) contact met klanten, Belastingdienst en andere instanties
  • Je signaleert adviesmogelijkheden vanuit de compliance werkzaamheden, om zo de klant te ondersteunen bij hoe ze fiscaal en financieel ‘in control’ kunnen zijn

Dit heb je

  • Je hebt een afgeronde relevante hbo-opleiding of je bent nog bezig met je wo-opleiding
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen het fiscale vakgebied
  • Je bent zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels in staat je boodschap helder over te brengen, of het nu gaat om het schriftelijk of mondeling communiceren met collega's, klanten, leidinggevenden of andere belanghebbenden
  • Je hebt een sterke motivatie om nieuwe dingen te leren, krijgt energie van je werk en je levert graag een positieve bijdrage aan het team door goed samen te werken
