Jouw rol

In deze rol combineer je inhoudelijke expertise met een praktische en klantgerichte aanpak. Je ondersteunt klanten bij uiteenlopende fiscale vraagstukken en werkt daarbij nauw samen met senior collega’s en professionals uit andere disciplines. Je denkt actief mee over kansen en strategische oplossingen en krijgt de ruimte om initiatief te nemen. Tegelijkertijd speel je een belangrijke rol in het team door kennis te delen en bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling van collega’s.

Wat ga je doen

  • Adviseren van klanten over uiteenlopende fiscale vraagstukken en fungeren als aanspreekpunt;
  • Proactief signaleren van fiscale kansen en risico’s, en deze vertalen naar concrete oplossingen;
  • Werken aan complexere aangiften vennootschapsbelasting en het opstellen van hoogwaardige adviesstukken;
  • Intensief samenwerken met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines om tot de beste adviezen te komen;
  • Actief volgen van fiscale ontwikkelingen en bijdragen aan kennisdeling binnen het team.

Dit heb je

  • Een afgeronde wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld fiscaal recht of fiscale economie;
  • Circa 4 tot 6 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de fiscale adviespraktijk;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels;
  • Een proactieve, klantgerichte instelling met oog voor kansen en oplossingen;
  • De drive om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen en ook collega’s daarin mee te nemen.
