Jouw rol

Als Junior Belastingadviseur bij Newtone speel je een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van onze klanten met hoogwaardige fiscale adviezen. Je werkt binnen een multidisciplinair team waarin je jouw analytische vaardigheden direct kunt toepassen op uiteenlopende vraagstukken. Met begeleiding van ervaren collega's ontwikkel je je tot een betrouwbare sparringpartner voor klanten en collega’s. Je krijgt de kans om zelfstandig te werken aan onderdelen van eenvoudige dossiers en actief bij te dragen aan complexere projecten. Daarnaast bouw je relaties op met interne en externe stakeholders en leer je klantrelaties effectief te onderhouden. Door jouw enthousiasme, nauwkeurigheid en proactieve houding voeg je snel waarde toe en leg je de basis voor jouw verdere ontwikkeling binnen de fiscale praktijk. Wat ga je doen

  • Belastingaangiften zoals inkomstenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting opstellen;
  • Meewerken aan bezwaarschriften en fiscale procedures, zodat klanten sterk staan als het erop aankomt;
  • Jaarrekeningen analyseren en direct zien waar kansen liggen én waar risico’s zitten;
  • Klanten adviseren over fiscale optimalisatie en meedenken over juridische documenten, zoals overeenkomsten en herwaarderingen;
  • In de gaten houden wat er verandert bij klanten en in wet- en regelgeving, en dat vertalen naar slimme adviezen;
  • Fiscale ontwikkelingen volgen en jouw inzichten delen met collega’s, zodat jullie samen steeds beter worden.

Dit heb je

  • Een afgeronde wo-opleiding in Fiscaal Recht of Fiscale Economie;
  • Interesse in belastingadvies en de ambitie om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen;
  • Heldere communicatieve vaardigheden, waarmee complexe fiscale materie begrijpelijk wordt overgebracht;
  • Een nauwkeurige en analytische werkstijl, gecombineerd met een proactieve houding;
  • Je schakelt makkelijk tussen samenwerken met collega’s en zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid nemen;
  • Interesse in het opbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties.
