Tegelijkertijd maak je impact binnen je eigen team. Je begeleidt assistent accountants in hun ontwikkeling, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en brengt mensen, ideeën en expertise samen. Daarbij krijg je de vrijheid om initiatief te nemen, keuzes te maken en jouw eigen visie in te brengen. Want wat ondernemers morgen nodig hebben, begint bij wat jij vandaag inbrengt. Jouw rol

Klaar om jouw enthousiasme voor het accountancy vak te combineren met een leiderschapsrol? Als Opdrachtmanager A&A in de Samenstelpraktijk van Newtone ben jij dé spil tussen onze klanten en jouw team. Je stelt jaarrekeningen samen, biedt deskundig advies aan onze klanten en beoordeelt financiële rapportages. Bovenal weet je als natuurlijke motivator jouw team van assistent accountants te inspireren en te leiden naar succes. Kortom, hier krijg je de kans jouw leiderschapspotentieel volledig te ontplooien en iedere dag te werken aan de beste versie van jezelf.

Dit heb je

  • Je hebt een afgeronde relevante hbo- en/of wo-opleiding
  • Je hebt een (bijna) afgeronde AA-opleiding
  • Je hebt enkele jaren werkervaring als Assistent Accountant
  • Je hebt plezier in klantcontact en teamwerk
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om je werk goed te doen en wil graag doelen bereiken, zowel voor jezelf als voor anderen. Ook werk je nauwkeurig en besteed je aandacht aan detail
