Als Payroll Consultant bij Newtone ben jij een betrouwbare adviseur voor onze klanten. Je ondersteunt bij de salarisadministratie en draagt bij aan een efficiënte en correcte verwerking. Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt een goed begrip van salarisverwerking, wet- en regelgeving en procesoptimalisatie. In deze rol werk je samen met klanten en collega's om een soepele en foutloze salarisverwerking te waarborgen. Het bijzondere aan deze functie is dat je veelal werkt op externe payroll opdrachten, waarbij je gebruikmaakt van de volledige payroll- en softwareomgeving van de klant zelf.

Jouw rol

In jouw functie als Payroll Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen en uitvoeren van salarisadministraties. Je biedt klanten operationele en tactische ondersteuning en helpt hen bij vragen over loonadministratie en processen. Je bent proactief in het signaleren van verbeterpunten en draagt bij aan optimalisaties binnen de salarisverwerking. Omdat je vaak werkt in de systemen van de klant, is flexibiliteit en het snel eigen maken van nieuwe softwareomgevingen essentieel. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met senior consultants en andere specialisten om klanten zo goed mogelijk te bedienen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Verwerken en controleren van salarisadministraties voor verschillende klanten.
  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen met betrekking tot salarisverwerking en wet- en regelgeving.
  • Ondersteunen bij het optimaliseren van salarisprocessen en het inrichten van salarissoftware.
  • Analyseren van salarisdata en signaleren van verbeterpunten.
  • Samenwerken met senior consultants en andere teamleden om de dienstverlening te verbeteren.

Dit heb je

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau, met minimaal 3-6 jaar ervaring in salarisadministratie.
  • Kennis van salarissoftware en relevante wet- en regelgeving.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en proactieve werkhouding.
