Variatie is de kern van jouw rol. Als Senior Manager Samenstelpraktijk bij Newtone ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor complexe opdrachten en projecten. Je bent de drijvende kracht achter een gepassioneerd team, waarborgt de kwaliteit van geaccordeerde jaarstukken, bewaakt en verbetert processen binnen A&A alsook voor de andere businesslines.

Jouw rol

Je genereert eigen werk en extra werk voor zowel de eigen businessline als andere businesslines. Je voert zelfstandig acquisitie door bij bestaande klanten proactief in te spelen op hun behoeften en zo extra opdrachten te creëren. Je brengt offertes uit bij bestaande klanten en benadert waar nodig ook potentiële nieuwe klanten. Hiermee draag je actief bij aan de groeiambitie van de businessline A&A op de betreffende vestiging. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het continu verbeteren en doorontwikkelen van de A&A-dienstverlening. Je organiseert en leidt vaktechnische overleggen, initieert kwaliteitsverbeteringen en optimaliseert interne processen. Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling, innovatie en professionalisering van de A&A-praktijk. Je fungeert als autoriteit op jouw vakgebied en vertegenwoordigt de organisatie zowel intern als extern. Tot slot draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van de gehele A&A-praktijk door A&A-managers te coachen, aan te sturen en vakinhoudelijk verder te ontwikkelen.

Dit heb je

  • Je hebt een afgeronde AA-opleiding en diepgaande ervaring (min. 10 jaar) binnen Accountancy.
  • Als inspirerende leider neem je graag het voortouw en weet je jouw team te enthousiasmeren en te stimuleren het beste uit henzelf te halen.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
  • Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met de klantenkring MKB+/DGA.
