Je vertaalt de behoeften van collega's en de business naar inspirerende leeroplossingen, ontwikkelt onze Newtone Academy door en bouwt mee aan een sterke leercultuur. Met jouw expertise zorg je ervoor dat collega's blijven groeien, vandaag én in de toekomst.

Jouw Rol

Als L&D Specialist maak je onderdeel uit van ons HR-team en werk je dagelijks samen met je collega’s binnen Learning & Development aan het versterken van de Newtone Academy en het ontwikkelen van een toekomstgerichte leercultuur. Jij bent dé expert op het gebied van leren en ontwikkelen. In nauwe samenwerking met HR-collega’s, leidinggevenden, directie en andere stakeholders vertaal je strategische organisatiedoelen naar concrete leer- en ontwikkeloplossingen. Je speelt een belangrijke rol binnen thema’s als onboarding, leiderschapsontwikkeling, talentmanagement en digitale leeroplossingen, en draagt samen met het L&D-team bij aan de verdere groei en professionalisering van leren en ontwikkelen binnen Newtone.

Dit ga je doen

  • Je vertaalt strategische organisatiedoelstellingen en ontwikkelbehoeften naar effectieve leer- en ontwikkelprogramma’s voor medewerkers.
  • Je ontwerpt, coördineert en evalueert leertrajecten, leiderschapsprogramma’s en talentontwikkelingsinitiatieven binnen Newtone.
  • Je adviseert HR, leidinggevenden en directie over leren, ontwikkelen en duurzame inzetbaarheid, waarbij je op verschillende niveaus draagvlak creëert.
  • Je ontwikkelt en borgt organisatiebreed L&D-beleid, stuurt externe opleidingspartners aan en leidt L&D-projecten van idee tot succesvolle implementatie.
  • Je ontwikkelt en professionaliseert de Newtone Academy verder en vertaalt de nieuwste trends op het gebied van leren, AI en talentontwikkeling naar impactvolle initiatieven.

Dit heb je

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in bijvoorbeeld HRM, Onderwijskunde, Psychologie, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring binnen Learning & Development, Talent Development of HR Development. Ervaring binnen de accountancy- of financiële dienstverlening is een waardevolle pre.
  • Actuele kennis van leren, ontwikkelen, talentmanagement en leiderschapsontwikkeling én de drive om hierin voorop te blijven lopen.
  • Ervaring met het ontwerpen, implementeren en doorontwikkelen van leerprogramma's, waarbij je moeiteloos schakelt tussen didactiek, technologie en praktijk.
  • Interesse in de mogelijkheden van AI en digitale leeroplossingen binnen Learning & Development.
