UX Designer (mobil) | Göteborg | Nexer Maverick

Om rollen Vi söker en UX Designer med gott visuellt öga och erfarenhet av mobilappar. Du arbetar i konsultuppdrag där du driver designarbetet från insikt till färdig lösning, i nära samarbete med utvecklare, produktägare och andra intressenter. Rollen passar dig med 4-6 års erfarenhet som vill ta stort eget ansvar i uppdrag. Uppdraget är hos en aktör inom offentlig verksamhet, är hybrid med cirka tre dagar i veckan på plats i Göteborg och startar inom några veckor.

Ditt uppdrag Du arbetar genom hela designprocessen och rör dig mellan struktur, interaktion och visuell form. Du tar fram flöden och wireframes, formger gränssnitt med god visuell kvalitet och säkerställer att lösningarna fungerar för användaren och går att bygga. Du är van att designa för iOS och Android och förstår hur plattformarnas riktlinjer och begränsningar påverkar designen.

Du använder moderna verktyg som en naturlig del av din arbetsmetodik, till exempel Figma Make och LLM:er, för att gå snabbare från idé till prototyp och för att fatta bättre beslut.

Vi söker dig som Har ett bra öga för form och detaljer men också förstår helheten. Du är trygg i att fatta beslut, stå för dina val och förklara varför. Du fungerar i dialog med olika roller och driver arbetet framåt utan att det blir tungt eller teoretiskt.

Ska-krav

  • 4-6 års erfarenhet som UX Designer
  • Gott visuellt kunnande, med UX som tyngdpunkt
  • Erfarenhet av att designa för iOS och Android och att arbeta nära utveckling
  • God förståelse för hela designprocessen
  • Van att arbeta i Figma
  • Använder AI-verktyg (t.ex. Figma Make, LLM:er) som en naturlig del av ditt arbetssätt
  • Svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift
  • Möjlighet att vara på plats i Göteborg cirka tre dagar i veckan från uppdragsstart

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av tillgänglighetsanpassning
  • Erfarenhet av native-utveckling mot iOS/Android
  • Designsystem och visuella riktlinjer
  • Erfarenhet från större organisationer
