Part Precision Sweden AB är en högspecialiserad tillverkningspartner inom avancerad finmekanik och söker nu en Säljansvarig som vill ta ett helhetsansvar för vår försäljning och marknad.

Det här är en nyckelroll för dig som vill arbeta med teknisk försäljning på riktigt, där affärerna är komplexa, relationerna långsiktiga och produkterna i absolut toppklass.

DIN VARDAG

Som Säljansvarig har du det övergripande ansvaret för att utveckla och driva PPS affär, med särskilt fokus på medicinteknik men även mot segment som bland annat offshore och försvar. Rollen är både strategisk och operativ, där du är en central del i bolagets tillväxt.

I praktiken innebär det att du:

  • Utvecklar och implementerar försäljnings- och marknadsstrategier för Sverige och Europa.
  • Driver nykundsbearbetning och utvecklar befintliga nyckelkunder.
  • Genomför kvalificerade kundmöten och agerar rådgivande partner i tekniska dialoger.
  • Leder hela säljprocessen från första kontakt till långsiktigt samarbete.
  • Ansvarar för marknadsarbetet tillsammans med externa byråer (webb, content, mässor, kampanjer).
  • Fångar upp marknadens behov och omsätter dem till affärs- och förbättringsinitiativ internt.
  • Arbetar strukturerat med uppföljning, analys och CRM.

Rollen innebär regelbundna resor inom Sverige och Europa. Du har återkommande närvaro i Mariestad ett par gånger i månaden, men kan i övrigt utgå från annan ort.

VEM ÄR DU?

Du är en etablerad och professionell B2B-säljare med dokumenterad erfarenhet av att driva tekniska och komplexa affärer. Du är trygg i din roll, van att representera bolag på ledningsnivå hos kund och bekväm med att ta ett helhetsansvar för affären.

Vi tror att du har:

  • Flera års erfarenhet av teknisk försäljning inom industri, tillverkning eller liknande.
  • Stark affärsförståelse och vana att arbeta med långa säljcykler.
  • Förmåga att föra kvalificerade dialoger kring konstruktion, materialval och produktion.
  • Ett professionellt, analytiskt och relationsbyggande arbetssätt

Meriterande:

  • Erfarenhet från medicinteknik eller legotillverkning
  • Teknisk utbildning
  • Tyska som språk
  • Erfarenhet av Monitor ERP
