  • Lead multiple concurrent campaigns and communications initiatives, coordinating activities across digital, print, social media, email, web, events, and stakeholder outreach.
  • Develop and oversee audience-centered content, including social media, web content, newsletters, outreach materials, presentations, promotional products, talking points, and other communications.
  • Lead marketing and outreach efforts to increase awareness, engagement, subscriptions, and readership, including ongoing issue-level promotion and broader targeted campaigns.
  • Measure and evaluate communications performance using appropriate analytics, engagement metrics, stakeholder feedback, and campaign results; translate findings into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support brand strategy and implementation, working with communications and creative teams to ensure messaging and visual communications are cohesive, audience appropriate, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Plan, facilitate, and support conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other stakeholder engagements, including engagement strategies, agenda development, speaker outreach and coordination, promotional materials, onsite/virtual support, performance metrics, and post-event synthesis.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
