The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Change Management Lead (Prosci Certified) based in the United States.

We are seeking an experienced, Prosci-certified Change Management Lead to drive organizational change and support the successful implementation of a WorkForce Software solution. In this fully remote role, you will develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that align business objectives with employee needs and operational priorities. You will work closely with senior leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to assess change impacts, strengthen engagement, and ensure organizational readiness. Using the Prosci ADKAR® model and proven change management methodologies, you will help teams navigate transitions, overcome resistance, and adopt new ways of working. Your leadership will be instrumental in turning complex transformation initiatives into sustainable business improvements. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic, people-focused professional who thrives in collaborative environments and is comfortable with occasional international travel.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives, assess organizational change needs, and develop tailored change management strategies aligned with project goals.
  • Lead change management activities throughout the WorkForce Software implementation, ensuring effective planning, execution, adoption, and long-term sustainability.
  • Apply structured change management methodologies, including the Prosci ADKAR® model, to guide stakeholders and employees through the stages of organizational transformation.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, evaluate organizational readiness, identify potential risks, and develop practical mitigation strategies to address anticipated resistance.
  • Develop and maintain actionable change management deliverables, including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management strategies.
  • Design and coordinate communication initiatives that clearly explain the purpose, benefits, and implications of change to diverse audiences.
  • Engage and coach executive sponsors, managers, supervisors, and project teams to strengthen leadership alignment, stakeholder commitment, and employee participation.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans, organizational design initiatives, and the definition of roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement training and engagement strategies that support user readiness, knowledge transfer, and successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Establish success metrics, monitor change progress, evaluate initiative effectiveness, and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, department heads, and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in and maintain alignment throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership, stay informed about emerging change management practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Represent the organization at relevant industry events, conferences, and meetings when required, and deliver a positive stakeholder and client experience throughout the transformation process.
  • Support change initiatives across four key phases: preparation, design, execution, and sustainability, using collaborative change models, adult learning principles, and established operational practices.
  • Travel internationally on occasion as required, with a valid passport available for business travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Prosci certification in Change Management and a strong understanding of the Prosci ADKAR® model and its practical application to organizational transformation.
  • At least 10 years of demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives, preferably within complex business transformation or technology implementation projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of change management methodologies, organizational development principles, stakeholder engagement, and business processes.
  • Experience developing and executing change strategies, conducting impact and readiness assessments, managing resistance, and measuring adoption outcomes.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver communication, sponsorship, coaching, training, and resistance management plans.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software implementations; familiarity with WorkForce Software or workforce management transformation initiatives is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives, coach project teams, and motivate stakeholders toward shared objectives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex changes into clear, audience-appropriate messages.
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, facilitation, and relationship-building skills to foster collaboration and maintain stakeholder trust.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with change management tools, project planning platforms, performance metrics, and reporting practices.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify risks, resolve challenges, and guide teams through periods of uncertainty.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
  • A valid passport and willingness to undertake occasional international travel.
  • Competitive salary: Annual base salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 USD, depending on experience, education, and geographical location.
  • Full-time employment: A full-time opportunity to lead impactful organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Fully remote work: Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
  • Paid time off: Paid leave to support personal needs, rest, and work-life balance.
  • Medical insurance: Health coverage to support employee well-being.
  • Dental plan: Insurance benefits for dental care.
  • Vision plan: Coverage for eligible vision care needs.
  • Life insurance: Additional financial protection through life insurance benefits.
  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance: Coverage designed to provide financial support in the event of a qualifying disability.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
