This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Oracle Cloud Benefits SME/Lead based in the United States.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Benefits Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Lead to drive the optimization of employee benefits processes and technology solutions. In this fully remote role, you will combine in-depth Oracle Cloud Benefits expertise with strong process management and stakeholder collaboration skills. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and improving benefits solutions that support organizational objectives and regulatory compliance. Working closely with HR teams and business stakeholders, you will translate operational needs into effective technical solutions and streamlined workflows. Your expertise will help strengthen data accuracy, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall administration of employee benefits. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to technology-driven HR transformation while working independently in a collaborative, remote environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage employee benefits processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Benefits modules, providing technical guidance, functional expertise, and ongoing support to benefits and HR teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess operational needs, and translate business priorities into technical specifications and process improvements.
  • Design, implement, configure, and optimize benefits processes using Oracle Cloud solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Analyze, validate, and monitor benefits data to ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across relevant systems and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline benefits administration, resolve process inefficiencies, and enhance the performance of Oracle Cloud Benefits solutions.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to HR and benefits teams on system functionality, operational procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Oracle Cloud implementation initiatives, system enhancements, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Monitor Oracle Cloud technology updates, benefits administration trends, and relevant regulatory developments to recommend improvements and maintain effective practices.
  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring benefits processes and system configurations align with applicable policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in benefits process management, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud Benefits modules and solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud Benefits functionalities, configurations, components, and their application to employee benefits administration.
  • Proven experience managing, analyzing, and optimizing benefits processes within complex HR or enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of benefits data management, data validation, reporting, and data integrity practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR professionals, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and recommend practical process improvements.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fully remote environment.
  • Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud applications and modules is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in iterative implementation or enhancement projects are desirable.
  • Oracle Cloud Benefits certifications are preferred.
  • Competitive salary: Annual base salary ranging from $150,000 to $175,000 USD, depending on experience, education, and geographical location.
