- Maintain version control, support CI/CD pipelines, and implement automated testing practices to improve development quality and deployment reliability.
- Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver integration solutions aligned with business needs.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, automated testing frameworks, and secure secrets management.
- Understanding of enterprise data security, personally identifiable information (PII) protection, SOX controls, and audit requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues, analyze data discrepancies, and implement effective, long-term solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality code.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and contribute effectively within a remote, geographically distributed team.
- Experience mentoring developers, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical design discussions is an advantage.
- Willingness to participate in occasional client-site visits as required.
- Competitive salary: Annual base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 USD, depending on experience, education, and geographical location.
