Visier Practice Director

Job Summary:

Lead the Practice. Drive Growth. Transform Workforce Decisions.

Next Generation, Inc., an HR Path Company, is seeking an accomplished Practice Director to lead and scale our Visier consulting practice. This senior leadership role combines practice strategy, commercial growth, executive client leadership, delivery excellence, and talent development.

You will help define the practice strategy, grow strategic accounts, build differentiated Visier-based offerings, and develop a high-performing team. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and executive leadership, you will help clients turn workforce data into insights that drive better business decisions.

What You’ll Own

Practice Strategy & Growth

· Define and execute the practice strategy, including revenue, pipeline, profitability, and market expansion.

· Identify new opportunities and develop differentiated consulting offerings around Visier and workforce intelligence.

· Create reusable solution accelerators to drive differentiation, increasing client satisfaction while speeding time to value.

· Build a scalable operating model that balances growth, delivery quality, utilization, and profitability.

· Establish the practice as a trusted leader in people analytics and workforce transformation.

Executive Client Leadership

· Serve as a trusted advisor to CHROs, HR executives, and business leaders.

· Lead executive conversations, strategy sessions, workshops, and complex transformation engagements.

· Connect workforce analytics to business priorities and measurable outcomes.

· Build strategic client relationships and identify opportunities for expansion and long-term partnership.

Commercial & Delivery Leadership

· Partner with Sales on strategic pursuits, proposals, account strategies, and executive relationships.

· Drive account growth and ensure a strong connection between client value and commercial outcomes.

· Provide executive oversight of complex engagements and maintain high standards for quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.

· Establish delivery standards, KPIs, and processes that enable the practice to scale.

· Partner closely with Visier ensuring alignment across Sales, Delivery and Support while growing a world class Visier practice.

· Provide technical oversight of all data, integrations and Visier environments both internal and client facing.

Team & Talent

· Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing consulting organization.

· Build strong career paths and a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and client excellence.

· Develop future practice leaders and create a scalable leadership model.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to build and shape a practice—not simply manage one. You’ll have the autonomy and visibility to influence strategy, develop talent, expand our market presence, and help organizations unlock the full value of workforce intelligence.

Job Requirements:

· 10+ years in consulting, professional services, HR technology, people analytics, workforce strategy, or a related field.

· 5+ years leading a consulting practice, professional services organization, or significant client-facing team.

· Proven success growing revenue, building teams, developing offerings, and scaling a business.

· Strong executive presence and credibility with CHROs, HR leaders, and C-suite stakeholders.

· Experience leading complex technology, analytics, or transformation engagements.

· Strong understanding of workforce analytics, HR transformation, and SaaS.

· Commercial acumen across pipeline development, strategic selling, proposals, and account expansion.

· Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.

· Visier or comparable people analytics experience strongly preferred.
