Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams „Genehmigungen & Umwelt“
  • Ausbau und strategische Entwicklung des Leistungsportfolios im Bereich Genehmigungsmanagement und Umwelt
  • Förderung des fachlichen Austauschs sowie Mentoring und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Steuerung komplexer Genehmigungs- und Umweltthemen in Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Übernahme der Rolle eines Senior-Projektmanager in anspruchsvollen Kundenprojekten
  • Beratung von Auftraggebern bei öffentlich-rechtlichen Fragestellungen und Genehmigungsstrategien
  • Steuerung und Begleitung von Genehmigungsprozessen sowie Abstimmung mit Behörden, Trägern öffentlicher Belange (TÖB) und weiteren Stakeholdern
  • Identifikation und Bewertung projektrelevanter Risiken sowie Entwicklung pragmatischer, rechtssicherer Lösungsansätze
  • Qualitätssicherung von Fachgutachten, Genehmigungsunterlagen und umweltfachlichen Beiträgen

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, z. B. in Umweltwissenschaften, Umweltplanung, Geografie, Landschaftsplanung, Bauingenieurwesen, Umweltingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Genehmigungs- und Umweltmanagement oder in vergleichbaren Aufgabenfeldern in Infrastrukturprojekten, bevorzugt im Bereich Eisenbahninfrastruktur
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in öffentlich-rechtlichen Genehmigungs- und Verwaltungsverfahren sowie den damit verbundenen gesetzlichen Grundlagen
  • Du hast ausgeprägte Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung und im Projektmanagement
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Teams oder Projektgruppen und pflegst dabei einen respektvollen und wertschätzenden Führungsstil auf Augenhöhe
  • Du besitzt eine hohe Lösungsorientierung und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Du trittst gegenüber Kunden, Behörden und Projektpartnern sicher und souverän auf
  • Du verfügst über eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
  • Du bist deutschlandweit reisebereit
