Deine Aufgaben

Der Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit liegt in der operativen Steuerung von Kundenprojekten mit fachlichem Anteil in der modernen Leit- und Sicherungstechnik für Eisenbahnen.

  • Technisch-fachliche und operative Steuerung in LST-Projekten, z.B. bei der fristgerechten Abwicklung komplexer Inbetriebnahmen
  • Koordinieren, Steuern und Überwachen der Schnittstellen zwischen Projektbeteiligten, ausführender Seite und Lieferanten
  • Analysen und Fachkonzeptionen im Kompetenzfeld der LST: elektronische Stellwerksysteme (ESTW), integrierte Betriebsleitsysteme oder Zugbeeinflussungssysteme wie ETCS, IT-/TK-Konvergenz-Themen u.ä.
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen
  • Abhängig von Ihren Vorerfahrungen und Neigungen gern auch Übernahme von Projektleitungsaufgaben oder Unterstützung des strategischen Programm- und Projektmanagements

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in relevanten Ingenieurfachrichtungen wie z.B. Elektrotechnik, Bahn- oder Verkehrstechnik oder einschlägige Spezialisierung Richtung LST
  • Du kannst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Bezug zur modernen Leit- und Sicherungstechnik bzw. Eisenbahn-Ausrüstungstechnik, die sich auch in der Vertrautheit mit branchentypischen Vorschriften und Abläufen zeigt, vorweisen
  • Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfreude, sympathisch-sicherer Umgang mit Kunden und Kollegen
  • Du hast eine selbständige, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Du besitzt PM-Affinität, gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Office- und PM-Anwendungen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Du hast eine hohe Bereitschaft zu Projekteinsätzen
  • Du bist belastbar und flexibel
