The posting

For our client, we are looking for candidates for the position:

Junior New Business Specialist with Spanish or Portuguese

Do you have a genuine interest in gaming, esports, or betting and want to build your career in one of the most dynamic and fast-growing industries?

Are you motivated by building relationships, discovering new opportunities, and growing business in international markets?

You don’t need previous experience in iGaming or esports/betting - interest in the industry and a strong drive to grow are essential. We value motivation, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.

Project: we are currently looking for a Junior New Business Specialist for our client - a Swedish technology company operating in the gaming ecosystem.

Languages: English, Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Team: 8 people.

Location: 100% remote.

B2B rate: 1 800 EUR/msc + bonuses per month.

Identify and reach out to potential clients and partners across international regions.

Manage the full sales process - from prospecting and initial conversations to supporting deal closure.

Conduct tailored product presentations and demos.

Understand client needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions.

Build and maintain long-term business relationships.

Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, and prepare regular progress reports.

Represent the company at conferences, events, and client meetings.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, customer success, or a related role.

A minimum C1-level command of English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese is essential for this role.

Strong interest in gaming, esports, or betting (experience is not required, passion is).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proactive, self-driven attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Ability to work independently while being part of an international and fast-paced team.

Comfort working with targets and KPIs.

Nice to have:

Previous experience in betting, esports, or gaming is welcome.
