Systems & Network Engineer

Projekt: Dla amerykańskiej firmy z sektora innowacji dla biznesu. W tej roli będziesz odpowiadać za stabilność, bezpieczeństwo i rozwój infrastruktury IT klienta. Twoja praca ma bezpośredni wpływ na ciągłość działania lokalizacji i otwieranie nowych przestrzeni na świecie.

Stack technologiczny: Środowiska Extreme / Ruckus, Poly/Logitech, Active Directory, Google Workspace Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds, Proxmox, Hyper-V, VMware,JIRA, Salto

Lokalizacja: Warszawa

Model współpracy: Hybryda-praca z biura 3 dni w tygodniu.

Wynagrodzenie: 20 000- 23 000 zł brutto/ UOP

Dostępność: Akceptujemy 3 msc wypowiedzenia.

  • Sieci: Nadzorowanie, diagnozowanie i konfiguracja infrastruktury sieciowej z naciskiem na Wi-Fi (setki AP, środowiska Extreme / Ruckus, lekkie stosy sieciowe).
  • Systemy: Utrzymanie oraz wdrażanie narzędzi i usług, m.in. Google Workspace, JIRA, Salto, systemów wideokonferencyjnych Poly/Logitech, serwerów wydruku (PaperCut), MDM, systemów CCTV i innych.
  • Kontrola dostępu: Administracja globalnym systemem kontroli wejść - od setek zamków po zarządzanie dostępami tysięcy użytkowników.
  • Reagowanie na incydenty: Monitorowanie środowiska, szybkie usuwanie usterek, analiza problemów oraz udział w dyżurach on-call.
  • Dokumentacja: Tworzenie i aktualizowanie dokumentacji technicznej, schematów, konfiguracji i zapisów zmian.
  • Współpraca: Wsparcie dla zespołów z innych działów, udzielanie konsultacji technicznych.
  • Mentoring: Dzielenie się wiedzą i wspieranie młodszych członków zespołu.
  • Minimum 3 lata realnego doświadczenia w administrowaniu sieciami LAN/WAN (w tym sieciami Wi-Fi, firewallami i protokołami routingu),
  • Znajomość narzędzi do monitoringu (np. Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds),
  • Praktyczna praca z Active Directory i/lub Google Workspace,
  • Umiejętność skutecznej współpracy i komunikacji,
  • Angielski na poziomie zbliżonym do C1 oraz polski min. B1.

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w administracji systemami Linux i Windows Server także w środowiskach wirtualizowanych (Proxmox, Hyper-V, VMware),
  • Znajomość zasad ITSM (certyfikat ITIL będzie atutem),
  • Praktyka z systemami kontroli dostępu (np. Salto),
  • Znajomość metodyk zarządzania projektami,
  • Proaktywność, odpowiedzialność i zamiłowanie do technologii,
  • Możliwość legalnej pracy w Polsce (brak możliwości sponsorowania wizy).
  • Wynagrodzenie w przedziale 20 000- 23 000 zł brutto/ msc na umowie o prace
  • Prywatną opiekę medyczną (pakiet indywidualny lub rodzinny),
  • Kartę miejskiego transportu (ZTM),
  • Sprzęt Apple (laptop + telefon),
  • Budżet szkoleniowy,
  • Regularne przeglądy wyników pracy i podwyżki zależne od osiągnięć,
  • Dostęp do Venture Café Warsaw – cotygodniowych wydarzeń dla społeczności innowatorów.
