Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy kandydata na stanowisko:

Dyrektor ds. Operacyjnych k/m

Projekt: Klientem jest organizacja zajmująca się produkcją maszyn i urządzeń. Rola obejmuje strategiczne i operacyjne przewodzenie obszarowi wytwórczemu, reorganizację procesów, usprawnienie onboardingu oraz stabilizację standardów jakościowych w strukturach zakładu.

Model współpracy: Praca stacjonarna w zakładzie we Włoszczowie z perspektywą pracy hybrydowej.

Wynagrodzenie: 18 000 - 25 000 brutto na umowę o pracę.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Kompleksowe kierowanie operacjami produkcyjnymi oraz bieżące wsparcie zespołów
  • Nadzór nad realizacją planów produkcyjnych, terminowością i jakością
  • Ścisły nadzór nad wskaźnikami jakościowymi, wydajnościowymi i kosztowymi oraz zapewnienie najwyższych standardów BHP.
  • Budowanie kultury odpowiedzialności, efektywności, dyscypliny operacyjnej i ciągłego doskonalenia
  • Identyfikacja wąskich gardeł i optymalizacja przepływu produkcji
  • Inicjowanie i realizacja projektów automatyzacji, modernizacji oraz rozwoju potencjału produkcyjnego
  • Współpraca z innymi działami w celu sprawnej realizacji planów produkcyjnych
  • Ścisła współpraca z Zarządem Spółki w zakresie realizacji celów strategicznych, budżetowych i operacyjnych

Oczekujemy:

  • Popartego sukcesami doświadczenia na stanowisku zarządczym (Kierownik Produkcji, Kierownik Operacyjny, Szef Wydziału Produkcyjnego i pokrewne) w sektorze produkcyjnym.
  • Bardzo dobrą znajomość procesów produkcyjnych i metod ich optymalizacji
  • Wysokie kompetencje analityczne, decyzyjność i umiejętność szybkiego rozwiązywania problemów
  • Naturalnej charyzmy, dojrzałości menedżerskiej oraz autentycznej gotowości do zarządzania przez obecność i bezpośrednią pracę „blisko linii produkcyjnej”.
  • Wysokich kompetencji przywódczych i relacyjnych, w tym umiejętności rozwijania i egzekwowania standardów od kadry średniego szczebla oraz budowania zaangażowania wśród pracowników.
