Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko: Independent Accountant (Samodzielne stanowisko ds. księgowości)

Projekt: 🚀 Kompleksowa obsługa księgowa i finansowa polskiej spółki, będącej częścią międzynarodowej grupy inwestycyjnej (kapitał niemiecki).

Zespół: 👥 Samodzielne stanowisko operacyjne w Polsce. Bezpośrednie raportowanie do struktur regionalnych (poza Polską) oraz ścisła współpraca z globalnym działem finansów.

Model współpracy: 🤝 Umowa o pracę, praca w modelu hybrydowym: 2-3 dni w tygodniu z biura (biuro w samym centrum Warszawy).

Wynagrodzenie: 💰 12 000 - 16 500 PLN brutto miesięcznie.

Start współpracy: 📅 Preferowany 1 miesiąc (akceptowalny 3-miesięczny okres wypowiedzenia).

Zakres obowiązków: 📋

  • Samodzielne prowadzenie pełnej księgowości dla polskiego oddziału firmy.
  • Nadzór nad procesami finansowymi, w tym AP (zobowiązania), AR (należności), rozliczeniami podatkowymi (VAT) oraz współpracą z zewnętrznym dostawcą usług kadrowo-płacowych.
  • Przygotowywanie cyklicznych raportów zarządczych i uzgodnień kont na potrzeby regionalnego kierownictwa.
  • Optymalizacja i monitorowanie przepływów pieniężnych (cash flow) oraz sporządzanie prognoz finansowych.
  • Wystawianie faktur oraz dbanie o terminową spływalność należności.
  • Reprezentowanie firmy w sprawach podatkowych i sprawozdawczych oraz bieżąca współpraca z audytorami.
  • Ścisły kontakt z zagraniczną centralą w celu zapewnienia zgodności lokalnych procesów z globalną polityką firmy.

Oczekujemy: 🎯

  • Biegłej znajomości języka polskiego oraz angielskiego (warunek absolutnie konieczny do codziennej komunikacji z międzynarodowym zespołem).
  • Ugruntowanego doświadczenia na samodzielnym stanowisku w obszarze finansów lub rachunkowości.
  • Doskonałej orientacji w polskich standardach rachunkowości oraz aktualnych przepisach podatkowych.
  • Praktycznej znajomości obsługi kluczowych procesów finansowo-księgowych.
  • Swobodnego poruszania się w systemach wspierających finanse oraz wysokich kompetencji analitycznych.
  • Dużej dozy samodzielności, doskonałej organizacji własnej pracy oraz proaktywnego podejścia do rozwiązywania problemów.
