Independent Financial Accountant 📊

Projekt: 🌍 Kompleksowe zarządzanie pełną księgowością dla polskiego oddziału rozwijającej się szwajcarskiej firmy z branży logistyki kontraktowej i nowoczesnych rozwiązań magazynowych.

Stack technologiczny: 💻 SAP S/4HANA Zespół: 👥 Samodzielna rola ekspercka. Ścisła, codzienna współpraca z polską dyrekcją operacyjną oraz bezpośrednie raportowanie do struktur finansowych w Szwajcarii. Model współpracy: 🤝 Praca hybrydowa (2-3 dni w biurze w ścisłym centrum Warszawy) / Umowa o pracę Wynagrodzenie: 💸 do 18 000 PLN brutto / miesiąc

Zakres obowiązków: 🎯

  • Samodzielne prowadzenie ksiąg rachunkowych polskiej spółki zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami (Polish GAAP).
  • Cykliczne raportowanie wyników finansowych na potrzeby szwajcarskiej centrali w oparciu o standardy IFRS.
  • Płynne procesowanie, weryfikacja i księgowanie dokumentów finansowych.
  • Nadzór nad prawidłowością rozliczeń podatkowych, współpraca z instytucjami zewnętrznymi oraz koordynacja ewentualnych kontroli i audytów.
  • Bieżąca komunikacja z globalnymi zespołami podatkowymi oraz działem analiz finansowych (FP&A).
  • Wsparcie podstawowych procesów kadrowo-płacowych dla niewielkiego lokalnego zespołu.

Oczekujemy: 📌

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w samodzielnym prowadzeniu pełnej księgowości (najlepiej w strukturach międzynarodowych).
  • Biegłej, praktycznej znajomości nowoczesnych systemów klasy ERP (mile widziany SAP S/4HANA lub rozwiązania pokrewne).
  • Płynnej znajomości języka angielskiego - jest to warunek absolutnie konieczny do codziennej pracy z zagraniczną centralą.
  • Proaktywności, elastyczności i umiejętności sprawnego działania w dynamicznie rosnącej organizacji, która wciąż układa swoje lokalne procesy.
  • Wysokiego poziomu samodzielności oraz umiejętności budowania partnerskich relacji z biznesem.
