Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko:

Principal AI Engineer — Enterprise SaaS

Projekt: 🚀 Stworzenie od podstaw (greenfield) nowej generacji platformę SaaS klasy Enterprise dedykowanej sektorowi finansowemu i zarządzaniu aktywami. Klient to start-up ze Stanów Zjednoczonych.

Stack technologiczny: 🛠️ GenAI (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Vector Databases, Embeddings, Python, Distributed Systems, Cloud-native Architecture, API Design.

Zespół: 👥 Raportowanie bezpośrednio do Head of Engineering.

Model współpracy: 🤝 Praca hybrydowa (Warszawa).

Wynagrodzenie: 💰 230 - 265 PLN net + VAT/h.

Zakres obowiązków: 📋

  • Projektowanie i wdrażanie architektury AI dla całego ekosystemu produktu oraz narzędzi wewnętrznych.
  • Tworzenie produkcyjnych rozwiązań opartych na LLM i RAG, w tym inteligentnych asystentów (copilots) oraz systemów automatyzacji.
  • Opracowanie strategii doboru modeli, orkiestracji oraz pipeline'ów danych (zarówno ustrukturyzowanych, jak i nieustrukturyzowanych).
  • Dbanie o jakość, monitorowanie i ewaluację wdrażanych systemów AI, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem bezpieczeństwa i wyjaśnialności wyników.
  • Bliska współpraca z zespołami produktowymi i inżynierskimi w celu budowania natywnych doświadczeń AI.
  • Mentoring techniczny i podnoszenie standardów inżynierii AI w organizacji.

Oczekujemy: 🎯

  • Wieloletniego doświadczenia na stanowisku Senior/Principal AI Engineer lub ML Engineer.
  • Praktycznej znajomości nowoczesnego stosu AI: LLMs, bazy wektorowe, embeddings, techniki RAG.
  • Udowodnionego sukcesu we wdrażaniu funkcji AI na środowiska produkcyjne (nie tylko PoC).
  • Solidnych fundamentów inżynierii oprogramowania (systemy rozproszone, projektowanie API, inżynieria danych).
  • Umiejętności myślenia systemowego i rozwiązywania złożonych problemów w środowisku o dużej niejednoznaczności.
  • Świetnych umiejętności komunikacyjnych, pozwalających na efektywną współpracę zarówno z zespołami technicznymi, jak i biznesem.
  • Znajomości języka angielskiego na poziomie B2/C1
