Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko:

Senior AI Engineer

Projekt: 🚀 Rozwój i wdrażanie zaawansowanych, wewnętrznych narzędzi opartych na sztucznej inteligencji dla globalnej platformy z branży FinTech/E-commerce (B2C). Budowa bezpiecznych, skalowalnych rozwiązań wieloagentowych (LLM) zintegrowanych z firmowymi hurtowniami danych.

Stack technologiczny: 💻 Python, SQL, LLM APIs (Claude, GPT), architektura RAG, bazy wektorowe, MCP (Model Context Protocol), CI/CD. Opcjonalnie: Soda, Airflow.

Zespół: 🌍 Międzynarodowe środowisko, składające się z ponad 600 ekspertów technologicznych na całym świecie.

Model współpracy: 🏢 Hybrydowy (4 dni pracy z nowoczesnego biura w Warszawie, 1 dzień pracy zdalnej).

Wynagrodzenie: 💰 180 - 230 PLN netto + VAT / h (B2B) lub zatrudnienie na podstawie Umowy o Pracę (UoP).

Start współpracy: ⏳ Elastyczny – akceptujemy do 3 miesięcy okresu wypowiedzenia.

Zakres obowiązków: 🎯

  • Projektowanie, tworzenie i wdrażanie agentów AI opartych na dużych modelach językowych (LLM) w bezpiecznym środowisku produkcyjnym.
  • Rozwój i utrzymanie wielokrotnego użytku narzędzi oraz umiejętności sztucznej inteligencji wspierających procesy biznesowe.
  • Zarządzanie architekturą RAG, wektorowymi bazami danych oraz ewaluacja i wdrażanie nowych modeli technologicznych dostępnych na rynku.
  • Ścisła współpraca z zespołami analitycznymi w zakresie modelowania danych (budowa warstw semantycznych, przygotowanie danych pod AI).
  • Monitorowanie skuteczności, rozwiązywanie problemów z integracjami (np. MCP, uwierzytelnianie) oraz dbanie o niezawodność infrastruktury agentów.

Oczekujemy: 📌

  • Minimum 7 lat doświadczenia komercyjnego na stanowisku AI/ML Engineer, Data Engineer lub Software Engineer przy tworzeniu systemów produkcyjnych.
  • Praktycznej umiejętności budowania aplikacji z wykorzystaniem LLM (np. Claude, GPT) oraz solidnej wiedzy na temat architektury RAG i baz wektorowych.
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości języków Python i SQL oraz swobody w pracy z modelami danych i rozwiązaniami chmurowymi.
  • Wysokich umiejętności komunikacyjnych, umożliwiających sprawną współpracę z interesariuszami nietechnicznymi i jasne tłumaczenie zagadnień inżynieryjnych.
  • Biegłej znajomości języka angielskiego w środowisku zawodowym (minimum B2+).
  • Mile widziane: doświadczenie z narzędziami do orkiestracji przepływów (np. Airflow), procesami CI/CD, frameworkami do zapewniania jakości danych (np. Soda) oraz tworzeniem systemów wieloagentowych.
