🚀 Tu impacto en Nexu Labs:

Como Senior FullStack Engineer tendrás un rol clave en la evolución tecnológica de la compañía. Serás responsable de:

  • Liderar la adopción estratégica de IA en el producto: desde la implementación de modelos en cloud (Vertex AI, Azure AI, AWS Sagemaker) hasta arquitecturas con embeddings y pipelines RAG que realmente vivan en producción.
  • Diseñar arquitecturas robustas y escalables, tomando decisiones técnicas que impacten directamente negocio, operación y experiencia de usuario.
  • Construir y liderar soluciones end-to-end (Frontend + Backend) que soporten operación real y crecimiento acelerado.
  • Diseñar modelos de datos avanzados (SQL y NoSQL) optimizados para consistencia, rendimiento y evolución del producto.
  • Definir estrategias de seguridad, performance y DevOps desde el diseño: CI/CD, observabilidad, manejo de accesos, ambientes y buenas prácticas que permitan escalar sin fricción.
  • Diseñar APIs claras, mantenibles y escalables (REST/GraphQL), cuidando contratos, versionamiento y experiencia de integración.
  • Resolver retos técnicos complejos y elevar el estándar técnico del equipo.
  • Guiar y mentorear a otros developers, colaborando estrechamente con Producto, Diseño y Data para convertir oportunidades en soluciones reales.

🧠 Lo que te hace Senior en Nexu Labs

  • +5 años construyendo y liderando proyectos full stack que viven en producción.
  • Experiencia sólida diseñando arquitecturas modernas (monolitos modulares, microservicios o híbridos).
  • Dominio de al menos un stack completo (ej. Node + React / Python + React o similar).
  • Experiencia implementando IA generativa o modelos de machine learning en producción.
  • Seguridad y DevOps como parte del diseño del sistema, no como un parche posterior.
  • Experiencia colaborando estrechamente con equipos de producto bajo metodologías ágiles
