Tu reto será diseñar iniciativas que ayuden a nuestra fuerza de ventas a entender, adoptar y aprovechar mejor nuestros productos, herramientas y campañas.

No buscamos un perfil enfocado únicamente en marketing digital o branding. Buscamos a alguien cercano al negocio, con criterio, capacidad de ejecución y facilidad para trabajar con equipos comerciales y líderes de distintas áreas.

¿Qué harás? 🎯

  • Crear iniciativas que impulsen la adopción y los resultados comerciales.
  • Trabajar de la mano con Marketing, Comercial y Producto.
  • Escuchar las necesidades de la fuerza de ventas y convertirlas en soluciones claras.
  • Presentar propuestas a managers y líderes del negocio.
  • Dar seguimiento a proyectos desde la idea hasta la ejecución.
  • Analizar resultados y mejorar continuamente las iniciativas.

  • Experiencia en Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales Enablement, Channel Marketing o áreas similares.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos comerciales.
  • Capacidad para presentar ideas, influir y generar acuerdos.
  • Perfil autónomo, hands-on y orientado a resultados.
  • Buena comunicación y pensamiento analítico.
