職務内容 ◆部門紹介 AI、クラウド、データ、主要な DX 機能を備えたユニットです。 主にコンサルティングを含む上流工程から開発、その後の運用保守に至るまで、エンドツーエンドの DX ソリューションをお客様に提供しています。 お客様向けの AI ファースト アプローチ、またユニット間のクロストレーニングを可能にしており、AIを含めた大規模なシステム構築を提供しています。 ◆プロジェクト概要・役割 大手ゼネコン企業向けに、主にデータ基盤/複数アプリケーションを運用保守/AI活用するプロジェクトです。 昨今、お客様でAI活用のニーズが高まっており、AI（主に生成AI）を活用したアプリケーション提供を行います。 お客様と「AIをどう使うか」「どう設計するか」等議論しながらPoC→実装→改善に取り組む活動です。 ◆プロジェクト規模 データ基盤運用チーム： 20名(社員=4名、Offshore=16名) 複数アプリケーション運用保守チーム： 13名(社員=5名、 Offshore=8名) AI活用 4名(社員=2名、Offshore=2名) ※同顧客向けには他チームもサポートしており総勢50名規模のプロジェクトです。 ◆ポジションの魅力 1.ハイブリッド体制のプロジェクトであるため、グローバルな視点でのプロジェクト経験を得られます。 2.お客様の利用システムが様々であり、企業におけるIT活用の知見を幅広く得ることができます。 3.プライム案件（顧客との直接契約）となるため、プライムの立場での意思決定や折衝を通して、よりやりがいを感じることが可能です。 ◆仕事内容 1. モデル開発 生成AI、機械学習や深層学習モデルを設計・構築。 データの前処理（クリーニング、特徴量抽出） モデルの学習・評価・チューニング 2. 実装・統合 AIをアプリケーションやサービスに組み込む。 APIやクラウドサービス（AWS）を活用。 推論処理の高速化やスケーラビリティ対応。 3. 運用・保守 モデルの精度を継続的に監視。 新しいデータで再学習（モデルのアップデート）。 MLOps（モデルのライフサイクル管理）を実施。 4. 技術選定・研究 最新のAI技術やフレームワークを調査。 ビジネス課題に最適なアルゴリズムを選定。 登録資格 ◆必須要件 ・プログラミング経験（Python,Java等） ・生成AI・機械学習・深層学習の知識 ・コミュニケーションが円滑に取れる方 ・ビジネスマナーが身についている方（優先順位をつけて自分のタスクを管理するなど） ・ネイティブに近い日本語スキル ◆歓迎要件 ・AWS開発経験 ◆言語要件 英語スキルは読み書きレベルは必須。ビジネスレベルの英語力があるとよい。 主にオフショアチームとのコミュニケーションに利用。
