職務内容 ◆部門紹介 AI、クラウド、データ、主要な DX 機能を備えたユニットです。 主にコンサルティングを含む上流工程から開発、その後の運用保守に至るまで、エンドツーエンドの DX ソリューションをお客様に提供しています。 お客様向けの AI ファースト アプローチ、またユニット間のクロストレーニングを可能にしており、AIを含めた大規模なシステム構築を提供しています。 ◆プロジェクト概要・役割 大手ゼネコン企業向けに、データ基盤/複数アプリケーションを運用保守するプロジェクトです。 データ基盤を運用しているチーム、もしくは複数アプリケーションを運用保守しているチームのいずれかでの役割が求められています。 今後PJ規模は拡大していく見込みであり、複数アプリケーションの運用保守チームTechnical Lead経験が見込めるポジションです。 現在他ベンダーで運用保守しているアプリケーションを移管することで、PJ規模を拡大していきます。 ◆プロジェクト規模 データ基盤運用チーム： 20名(社員=4名、Offshore=16名) 複数アプリケーション運用保守チーム： 13名(社員=5名 Offshore=8名) ※同顧客向けには他チームもサポートしており総勢50名規模のプロジェクトです。 ◆仕事内容 1,アプリケーションの保守サポート 基本的にはお客様とコミュニケーションし、システム改修（要件定義、設計、コーディング、テスト、デプロイ）を行います。 2.アプリケーションの運用サポート 障害対応、問い合わせ対応、作業依頼、変更管理、ドキュメント更新などを行います。 3.チームコミュニケーション 複数アプリケーションの運用保守サポートを行うチームに参画いただきます。 Technical Leadとしてオンサイト/オフショアメンバーと協力し、サポートを提供していきます。 登録資格 ◆必須要件 ・Java/AWS開発経験 ・コミュニケーションが円滑に取れる方 ・ビジネスマナーが身についている方（優先順位をつけて自分のタスクを管理するなど） ・ネイティブに近い日本語スキル ◆歓迎要件 ・ITILベースの運用保守経験 ・iOS/iPhoneアプリについての知見、経験がある方 ◆言語要件 英語スキルは読み書きレベルは必須。ビジネスレベルの英語力があるとよい。 主にオフショアチームとのコミュニケーションに利用。
