We seek an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, build AI-ready data pipelines, and implement scalable cloud-based platforms, with expertise in Python, LLMs, RAG, and MLOps/LLMOps. Key Responsibilities: Participate in the estimation, planning, and sizing of AI/ML, Agentic AI, and Generative AI workstreams, providing accurate inputs to project managers for project planning and execution. Analyze and understand functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders, and translate them into scalable AI and system requirements. Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards. Create and maintain solution design documents, technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation artifacts for AI-driven applications and platforms. Build and manage data pipelines and AI-ready data infrastructure, including data ingestion, transformation, feature engineering, vectorization, and data preparation for AI model consumption. Develop and review artifacts, including code, mapping, documentation, monitoring scripts, and unit test scripts. Conduct reviews of personal and peer deliverables, perform unit tests, and document unit test results for complex data programs to prepare applications for validation and delivery. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may also be considered in place of each year of education. At least 8 years of experience in the IT field. Japanese nationality or a valid qualification to work in Japan. Visa sponsorship is not currently available. At least 4 years of experience in AI/Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning (ML)/Deep Learning (DL), and data visualization. Preferred Qualifications: Possesses over 4 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, and the development of cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, and GCP. Experienced in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks. Skilled in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python, machine learning frameworks, APIs, and MLOps/LLMOps methodologies. Possesses a solid understanding of data governance, AI governance, security, and the principles of Responsible AI within enterprise environments. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experienced in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Capable of collaborating effectively as a team member in environments involving diverse stakeholders.
