Deine Aufgaben:

  • Entgegennahme von Telefonaten und Erstberatung von Kunden sowie Koordination von Terminen
  • Bearbeitung und Kontrolle von Urkunden und anderen juristischen Dokumenten
  • Korrespondenz mit Notariaten und Handelsregistern
  • Debitorenmanagement
  • Allgemeine Korrespondenz und Verwaltungsaufgaben

Dein Profil:

  • Du studierst Wirtschaftsrecht oder Recht
  • Du hast eine exakte Arbeitsweise und bist eine offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und bist hilfsbereit
  • Deutsch ist deine Muttersprache und du besitzt sehr gute Englischkenntnisse - jede weitere Landessprache ist von grossem Vorteil

Start: nach Vereinbarung Location: Winterthur-City (Wintower) Pensum: 50–70%
