Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, payroll systems, HR services, or SaaS solutions, and is passionate about building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for payroll and HR solutions.
  • Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  • Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and sales meetings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing or Business Management is an advantage).
  • At least 3 years of Business Development experience in Payroll Systems, HR Services, or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong background in B2B sales and account acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tools.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Background

  • Experience selling payroll, HRIS, HR services, SaaS, or other enterprise software solutions.
  • Established network of corporate clients is an advantage.
  • Candidates with only call center or customer service experience and no B2B business development background are not preferred.
