The posting

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Program and Admin Associate to join our team. This role will play a key part in managing our programs, ensuring compliance, and supporting day-to-day operations. If you're motivated to make a difference for farmed animals, this is an opportunity for you to apply your skills in a meaningful way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Support (40%): Assist in managing our programs, ensuring they align with the organization's mission. Oversee operations and logistics while keeping programs on track and within budget.
  • Compliance and Reporting (30%): Ensure adherence to regulations and organizational policies, prepare reports, and contribute to the development of internal policies and systems.
  • Basic Bookkeeping (20%): Manage and replenish petty cash, record invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Team Coordination (10%): Foster collaboration across the team, facilitate communication, and document meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing development projects, administration, accounting, or related fields.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on keeping projects aligned with organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting processes, including invoice recording and petty cash management.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Asana; knowledge of Netsuite is a plus.
  • Flexible, dynamic, and able to thrive in a hybrid work setup.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to take on leadership or collaborative roles.
  • Must reside within Mandaluyong, Pasig, Quezon City, or Makati, with the ability to perform fieldwork when necessary.
  • Passionate about advancing farmed animal advocacy in the Philippines.
  • Problem solver with the ability to address challenges and find effective solutions.

Job Details:

  • Terms: 6-month contract with the possibility of regularization.
  • Benefits: Statutory benefits, flexible schedule, and hybrid work setup.
  • Work Setup: Hybrid, with in-office presence required at least once a week.
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week, with a salary range of Php 30,000 to Php 35,000 (gross), based on experience.
