In einem strukturierten Onboarding-Prozess werden Sie von erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen begleitet und sorgfältig auf Ihre Aufgaben vorbereitet. Gemeinsam gestalten wir den Ausbau unseres Vertriebsgebietes zwischen Schweinfurt und Würzburg. - mit Ihrer Kompetenz und unserem Know-How.

Ihre Tätigkeiten im Überblick:

  • Aktive Ansprache von Neu- und Bestandskunden – telefonisch, persönlich vor Ort sowie über Empfehlungen.
  • Gewinnung neuer Partner im Rahmen unseres etablierten Partnerprogramms in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst.
  • Betreuung eines festen Kundenstamms sowie gezielter Ausbau ihres Netzwerks.
  • Fachliche Unterstützung Ihrer Kunden bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Wärmepumpen-Projekten.

Ihr Profil

  • Erste Erfahrungen im regionalen Heizungsmarkt als Innen- oder Außendienst oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit im Bereich SHK-Handwerk oder -Handel erforderlich.
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb.
  • Kenntnisse von modernen Wärmepumpensystemen von Vorteil.
  • Freundliches, verbindliches Auftreten mit absoluter Kundenorientiertheit.
  • Technisches Verständnis und Kommunikationsstärke – Sie können Produkte verständlich erklären und beratend tätig sein.
  • Wohnort idealerweise zwischen Dortmund und Münster.
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Reisebereitschaft im regionalen Verkaufsgebiet.
