Job Description

The One Platform Expert in Data Output plays a key execution and coordination role in the rollout, setup validation, and stabilization of the One Platform ecosystem, with a strong focus on eClipse/NRSP and its integration with upstream and downstream platforms for the set up and BAU maintenance (e.g., OGRDS, Delivery Management, On Demand, Sirval, Madras and T&D DWH). On the validation part focus will be on data correctness and client specification correctness across all dimensions

This role is designed for an execution focused analyst who ensures that platform configuration, country rollout activities, BAU monitoring, and operational readiness are delivered consistently, accurately, and on time, in close collaboration with global product, technology, and operations teams.

Job Responsibilities

Platform Setup & Rollout Execution

  • Support initial setup and configuration and validation activities in One Platform for pilot and rollout for a designated group of countries. Ensuring the country set up is correct and delivers correct data across markets and periodicities
  • Ensure configurations are aligned with global standards, while supporting country‑specific requirements where defined.
  • Support country onboarding activities, including client set up, validations, RCA on identified issues and issue resolution.
  • Will be the key contact for a dedicated group of countries from a Data Out (output) perspective and ensures the country specifics are known and understood
  • Manages the hand over process to commercial for all signed off client set up

BAU Operations & Monitoring

  • Perform day‑to‑day operational monitoring of One Platform processes in BAU.
  • Identify, analyse, and support resolution of operational issues across platform flows.
  • Ensure adherence to defined tollgates, checks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Cross‑Platform & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as a key point of execution between Global Transformation, Data coding, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Support dependency alignment across platforms and workstreams (e.g. OGRDS, Sirval, eClipse/NRSP, MDM).
  • Participate actively in regular platform governance and working sessions.

Documentation & Knowledge Enablement

  • Coordinates and tracks client set up progress and handover activities to commercial teams and delivery to clients for a designated set of countries
  • Contribute to the creation, validation, and maintenance of documentation, including SOPs, BAU runbooks, and rollout playbooks.
  • Support knowledge transfer and onboarding of additional resources as the platform scales.
  • Help reduce reliance on informal knowledge by strengthening self‑serve documentation.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, automation, and operational stability.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives linked to One Platform execution and BAU maturity.

Role Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Technical & Domain Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of eClipse/NRSP (configuration, monitoring, BAU flows).
  • Basic understanding of T&D DWH confirmed layer and data flows.
  • Experience working with enterprise data platforms or operational systems.
  • Familiarity with validation processes, tollgates, and operational controls is an advantage.
  • Analytical skills

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5-7 years’ experience in operations, execution, or transformation roles within data‑driven or platform‑based environments.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting system rollout, BAU operations, or platform stabilization.
  • Exposure to multi‑country or global operating models is preferred.

Ways of Working

  • Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams.
  • Comfortable operating in environments with evolving requirements and dependencies.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.

Profile Fit

This role is suited to someone who:

  • Enjoys hands‑on execution rather than pure design or strategy.
  • Is comfortable working close to operational reality and BAU constraints.
  • Can balance global standardization with pragmatic delivery.
  • Acts as a reliable execution partner to transformation and product teams.
  • Has proper analytical skill and is eager to learn new technologies and systems/tools

Career Path & Growth

This role offers exposure to:

  • Cross‑system and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Future growth into senior execution, platform operations, or transformation roles.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
