Posição: Administração de Sistemas (Gestão de Contratos)

Regime: Híbrido (1x por semana em Lisboa)

Quem procuramos

Uma pessoa sénior, com forte experiência ou conhecimentos sólidos em administração de sistemas, que goste de estar no centro das operações e tenha um olhar atento para tudo o que envolve licenciamento, contratos e infraestruturas.

O que vais fazer (de forma épica)

  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em funções similares;
  • Ser o responsável aplicacional da área de infraestruturas (sem necessidade de fazer administração direta de sistemas);
  • Participar em processos de atualização de SAP (licenças, máquinas);
  • Gerir contratos e subscrições de software:Controlar licenciamento (Oracle, Microsoft, etc.); Analisar datas de expiração e garantir renovações atempadas; Elaborar e acompanhar cadernos de encargos;
  • Avaliar propostas e verificar conformidade de licenciamento
  • Definir nomenclaturas, grupos e políticas.
  • Verificar e analisar logs
  • Gerir acessos em aplicações internas
  • Garantir o controlo e acompanhamento de backups
  • Desenhar a estratégia de backups (alguém aplica, tu defines).
  • Compreender e aplicar políticas internas e políticas de software
  • Analisar protocolos e comunicações, compreendendo o seu impacto técnico

O que procuramos em ti

  • Conhecimentos em Oracle, Microsoft, SQL Server
  • Conhecimentos de SAP (plus!)
  • Capacidade de análise técnica e funcional
  • Proatividade e sentido de responsabilidade
  • Inglês básico
