Descrição da Vaga:

Estamos à procura de um profissional altamente qualificado para atuar como Suporte de Terceira Linha. O candidato ideal deve ter sólida experiência na resolução de incidentes complexos, garantindo a estabilidade e disponibilidade dos serviços de IT. Esta posição exige um profundo conhecimento em redes, infraestrutura Microsoft e ambientes em cloud (Azure), além de habilidades técnicas avançadas para lidar com problemas críticos e escalados.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atuar na análise e resolução de incidentes e problemas críticos escalados pelo suporte de segunda linha.
  • Gerenciar e solucionar problemas em ambientes Microsoft, incluindo farms, VMs, gateways e brokers.
  • Administrar e monitorar certificados digitais e listas de revogação de certificados (CRLs).
  • Garantir a estabilidade e segurança da infraestrutura de TI, identificando e mitigando riscos.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de engenharia e arquitetura de TI para aprimorar continuamente a infraestrutura.
  • Participar de projetos estratégicos de otimização e modernização de ambientes Microsoft e Azure.
  • Realizar análise de causa raiz e propor ações corretivas e preventivas para evitar recorrência de problemas.
  • Documentar processos, soluções e boas práticas para disseminação do conhecimento técnico.

Requisitos:

  • Pelo menos 5 anos de experiência atuando com suporte de terceira linha.
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em redes e protocolos TCP/IP.
  • Experiência avançada em ambientes Microsoft, incluindo servidores Windows, farms, VMs, gateways e brokers.
  • Experiência com administração e troubleshooting em ambientes Azure.
  • Conhecimento em gerenciamento de certificados digitais e CRLs.
  • Capacidade de diagnosticar e solucionar problemas complexos de infraestrutura e redes.
  • Perfil analítico, proativo e orientado para resolução de problemas.
  • Excelente comunicação e habilidade para interagir com diferentes equipes técnicas.
