Posição: Analista de Dados

Responsabilidades

  • Analisar, documentar e validar requisitos de negócio no âmbito de projetos de Business Intelligence (BI).
  • Conceber, desenvolver e manter modelos semânticos de dados para suporte a reporting e análise de negócio.
  • Colaborar com stakeholders das áreas técnicas e funcionais, traduzindo necessidades de negócio em requisitos técnicos e soluções analíticas.
  • Analisar e interpretar dados provenientes de sistemas relacionais e plataformas de Business Intelligence, garantindo a sua consistência e fiabilidade.
  • Definir e validar modelos de dados, regras de transformação e mapeamento ETL, assegurando a correta integração dos dados.
  • Realizar testes de aceitação pelo utilizador (UAT), validar resultados e assegurar a qualidade dos dados.
  • Prestar formação e suporte aos utilizadores das ferramentas de BI, promovendo a sua utilização eficaz.

Requisitos

  • Conhecimentos sólidos de SQL para consulta, análise e validação de dados.
  • Conhecimentos dos conceitos fundamentais de modelação de dados em BI, nomeadamente modelação dimensional, Star Schema e/ou Snowflake Schema.
  • Capacidade de análise e interpretação de dados, tanto em sistemas relacionais de origem como em sistemas de Business Intelligence.
  • Capacidade de comunicação e articulação com equipas técnicas e áreas de negócio, traduzindo requisitos funcionais em especificações técnicas.
  • Conhecimentos de modelação de dados, definição de regras de mapeamento e transformação ETL.
  • Experiência no desenvolvimento de datasets e modelos semânticos em ferramentas de reporting, como Power BI, Tableau ou similares.
  • Conhecimentos avançados de Power BI, incluindo desenvolvimento de modelos semânticos e otimização de soluções de reporting (valorizado).
  • Experiência de trabalho com Databricks (valorizado).
