Posição: Business Analyst SALESFORCES 



Responsabilidades

  • Prestar suporte funcional aos utilizadores da plataforma Salesforce, assegurando a resolução de incidentes e pedidos de suporte;
  • Diagnosticar e resolver problemas relacionados com acessos, configurações, permissões e integridade de dados;
  • Apoiar a administração da plataforma, incluindo gestão de utilizadores, perfis e permissões;
  • Criar e manter documentação, materiais de formação e ações de apoio à adoção das funcionalidades do Salesforce;
  • Desenvolver e atualizar relatórios e dashboards para monitorização de indicadores de negócio;
  • Recolher feedback dos utilizadores e identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua da plataforma;
  • Colaborar com equipas multidisciplinares na implementação de melhorias e evolução da solução Salesforce;
  • Assegurar o registo e acompanhamento de todos os pedidos de suporte, garantindo uma comunicação eficaz com os utilizadores e restantes equipas internas.

Requisitos

  • Experiência entre 1 a 3 anos em funções de suporte à plataforma Salesforce ou em ambientes de suporte a CRM;
  • Experiência na identificação, análise e resolução de incidentes e problemas comuns em Salesforce;
  • Conhecimentos das funcionalidades standard e dos principais objetos da plataforma Salesforce;
  • Forte capacidade de análise, resolução de problemas e atenção ao detalhe;
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação oral e escrita, com capacidade para explicar conceitos técnicos a utilizadores não técnicos;
  • Capacidade de organização, definição de prioridades e gestão de múltiplas tarefas num ambiente dinâmico;
  • Orientação para o cliente e para a prestação de um serviço de elevada qualidade;
  • Capacidade para trabalhar de forma autónoma e em equipa.
