Posição: Business Manager Intern – Estágio IEFP

Localização: Presencial - Lisboa

Descrição da Função

Estamos à procura de uma pessoa motivada, comunicativa e ambiciosa para integrar a nossa equipa como Business Manager Intern, através de um estágio IEFP.

Terás a oportunidade de conhecer de perto o mundo da consultoria de IT, trabalhando diretamente com clientes, consultores e diferentes equipas internas.

Ao longo do estágio, vais desenvolver competências nas áreas de business development, client management, gestão de consultores e recrutamento, enquanto conheces melhor o ecossistema tecnológico e o funcionamento de uma consultora de IT.

Esta posição é ideal para alguém que gosta de pessoas, tem espírito comercial, curiosidade pelo mundo da tecnologia e vontade de aprender e crescer num ambiente dinâmico e internacional.

Para esta posição é obrigatório estar inscrito no IEFP e cumprir os requisitos de elegibilidade aplicáveis ao programa de estágio.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Apoiar a gestão e desenvolvimento da relação com clientes existentes;
  • Identificar e acompanhar novas oportunidades de negócio;
  • Apoiar atividades de desenvolvimento de negócio e iniciativas comerciais;
  • Compreender as necessidades dos clientes e ajudar a identificar os perfis e soluções de IT mais adequados;
  • Participar em reuniões com clientes e acompanhar processos comerciais;
  • Apoiar a preparação e acompanhamento de propostas comerciais;
  • Manter uma comunicação próxima com clientes e consultores;
  • Acompanhar os consultores alocados aos projetos, garantindo uma boa relação entre todas as partes;
  • Apoiar a identificação de novas oportunidades de mercado e potenciais clientes;
  • Contribuir para o crescimento da nossa carteira de clientes e consultores;
  • Utilizar ferramentas digitais e de AI para melhorar processos, organização e eficiência.

Requisitos

  • Estar inscrito no IEFP e cumprir os requisitos de elegibilidade para um estágio IEFP;
  • Formação superior (Licenciatura ou Mestrado) nas áreas de Gestão, Economia, Marketing, Recursos Humanos, Relações Internacionais, IT ou áreas similares;
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Espírito comercial e orientação para resultados;
  • Capacidade de organização, autonomia e gestão de prioridades;
  • Proatividade, curiosidade e vontade de aprender;
  • Interesse pelo setor de tecnologia e pelo mundo da consultoria de IT;
  • Bons conhecimentos de inglês;
  • Boa capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas;
  • Conforto na utilização de ferramentas digitais e interesse em utilizar AI no dia a dia;
  • Não é necessária experiência profissional prévia — valorizamos sobretudo a atitude, motivação e vontade de crescer.
