Posição: CRM Dynamics Analyst Developer

Localização: Lisboa, modelo híbrido

Estamos à procura de um especialista técnico e funcional em CRM Dynamics, com espírito crítico, atenção ao detalhe e paixão por criar soluções que realmente fazem a diferença. Se é alguém que alia conhecimento técnico à compreensão do negócio, queremos conhecê-lo.

O que vai fazer:

  • Desenvolver soluções em CRM Dynamics on-premises, desenhando funcionalidades que respeitem os requisitos do negócio, as regras regulatórias e a arquitetura funcional da organização.
  • Acompanhar o negócio, esclarecendo regras aplicacionais e garantindo que a tecnologia responde às necessidades reais.
  • Implementar workflows de negócio em Dynamics 365, com foco em funcionalidades out-of-the-box.
  • Customizar componentes: alterar ou criar elementos à medida, incluindo modelo de dados, entidades, formulários e vistas.

O que procuramos:

Obrigatório:

  • Domínio técnico e funcional comprovado em CRM Dynamics, preferencialmente on-premises.
  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções similares.
  • Fluência em português (falado e escrito).
  • Bons conhecimentos de inglês (falado e escrito).

  • Capacidade de comunicação clara e eficaz com equipas técnicas e funcionais.
  • Experiência em ambientes regulados e com regras de negócio complexas.
  • Proatividade na resolução de problemas e na adaptação a novos desafios.
