Posição: Genesys & Voice Engineer

Responsabilidades

  • Administrar, configurar, testar e implementar soluções Genesys On-Premise, incluindo inbound/outbound routing, Genesys Info Mart (GIM), IVR/Composer e Reporting (Pulse);
  • Gerir a infraestrutura de Voice & Telephony, incluindo SIP Trunks, SBCs, routers VoIP e respetivos protocolos de telecomunicações;
  • Participar na avaliação técnica, planeamento e execução da migração de Genesys On-Premise para Diabolocom;
  • Prestar suporte de 3.ª linha (L3) na análise e resolução de incidentes complexos relacionados com call routing, qualidade de voz e integrações;
  • Desenvolver e manter integrações entre os sistemas de telefonia e ferramentas externas, nomeadamente CRM e bases de dados;
  • Contribuir, quando necessário, para o desenvolvimento de interfaces e widgets para agentes utilizando React ou outras frameworks JavaScript;
  • Participar no desenvolvimento, configuração, deployment e integração das soluções;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das boas práticas, standards e documentação técnica definida.

Requisitos

  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência prática com Genesys On-Premise;
  • Experiência sólida com Genesys Framework, Routing, Reporting e URS;
  • Experiência com Genesys Composer e desenvolvimento de IVR;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de tecnologias de VoIP e Telefonia, incluindo SIP, RTP, SDP e SBCs (AudioCodes, Oracle ou equivalentes);
  • Conhecimentos de bases de dados MS SQL e/ou Oracle, nomeadamente em contexto Genesys Info Mart;
  • Experiência com REST APIs e Web Services;
  • Experiência com React.js, Vue.js ou Angular será valorizada;
  • Experiência ou conhecimentos de Diabolocom, ou participação em projetos de migração de Genesys para soluções Cloud/CCaaS, será valorizada;
  • Certificações Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) ou Genesys Certified Developer (GCD) serão valorizadas;
  • Conhecimentos de metodologias Agile, nomeadamente Scrum/Kanban;
  • Inglês fluente, oral e escrito;
  • Bons conhecimentos de francês serão fortemente valorizados.
